Information you provide is used to record your voluntary membership in the Wilmington Tax Group, to register your attendance at one of our regular meetings, and to communicate with you. We receive and store the information you enter, such as your name, address, email, phone number, and firm/employer. We do not keep your credit card information on file. We partnered with Metro Merchant Services to process your credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their function.

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We limit access to your information on a “need to know” basis and we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. The entire credit card number is used by the appropriate credit card company during order processing. We take every reasonable precaution to assure that your data is secure.
